Thermo Soles heated insoles instructions upon use:
1. Before you use them for the first time charge the heated insoles for 8 hours. Both power switches must be in the off position to receive a charge.
2. Next, insert the adapter jacks into each of the thermo sole sockets. Plug into an electrical outlet and both heated insoles must be charged at the same time.
3. After 8 hours of charging you only have to recharge your thermo soles for 2 hours for regular use. Use the light on the adapter to tell if the soles are charging. Red means the thermo soles are charging and green means they are ready for use.
Editors note – There is no risk of overcharging your battery. If you charge them for over 2 hours there is no risk of damaging the soles.
4. To start using the thermo soles turn both switches to the on position towards the right or away from the power socket. Integrated thermostats turn on when the temperature drops to below 31 degrees Celsius. Once they have reach a temperature of 41 degrees Celsius they will turn off.
Because each sole works separately from each other one light may be on and one off. This is normal. It is just your thermo sole working to adjust to an optimum temperature of 37 degrees Celsius.
Test Your Thermo Soles – Heated Insoles
Turn one sole on and one off and put them in the freezer for 10 minutes. Remove them from the freezer. The soles will have different temperatures. This shows you how well the thermo soles work to keep your feet at the right temperature.
Caring For Your Thermo Soles
Cut them to fit any size. Do not go beyond the lines because it will cause damage to the heating elements. Remove the soles after each use and turn off the power. Recharge them for 2 hours for the next use. Store in the enclosed pouch and keep in a cool area.
To clean them use only a damp cloth and air dry. Do not immerse them in water or use liquids or soaps. Make sure they are dry before use. Keep the power switch off when charging.
